According to James G March and Herben A Simon, the definition of coordination is a process or activity in order to achieve unity between various parties in achieving common goals. The same is the case with the Central Bureau of Statistics of Tegal Regency which always needs and uses coordination to become a reliable pioneer of statistical data for all as its VISION.
In every activity, whether it is the initial implementation, the allocation of officers, the allocation of documents, training, during the survey, as well as the processing of the results all require coordination, both between officials and with the implementers of the activities. Because coordination is a systematic effort to strive for harmony, balance between one's work and others, between one part and another. So it is hoped that confusion will not occur, inaccuracies in working together. So that it allows effectiveness in a job. Coordination will not work well if the communication that is built between employees is not good.
On every occasion, in every activity, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Tegal Regency always carries out coordination at the level of officers, supervisors, coordinators and leaders to achieve the final goal of quality data. Bismillah ……….
