Slawi, November 22, 2023 - As one of the stages in the recruitment process of Tegal Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) partners in 2024, the interview preparation briefing was held successfully today. The briefing was led by the Head of Competency Selection Adnan Puji Wahyudi, and attended by the entire BPS 2024 partner recruitment committee.
The briefing aims to equalize concepts and definitions related to interview questions that will be asked to prospective BPS 2024 partners. The interview questions covered aspects such as motivation, competence, integrity, and readiness to face challenges in the implementation of data collection activities in 2024.
Adnan Puji Wahyudi said that this briefing is important to ensure that the interview process runs objectively, transparently, and accountably. "We want to get qualified, professional, and dedicated partners to help BPS in producing accurate, relevant, and reliable data," he said.
According to Adnan, the recruitment of BPS 2024 partners is one of BPS' efforts to increase the capacity of human resources in facing the 2024 data collection which will use the face-to-face interview method. "We need partners who are able to adapt to technological developments and the needs of the community in providing information about statistics," he added.
Adnan hopes that this briefing can provide sufficient provisions for the committee to carry out the interview well. BPS 2024 partner recruitment has been opened since November 1, 2023 and closed on November 30, 2023. The number of applicants who passed the administrative selection was 270 people. Interviews for BPS 2024 partner recruitment will be held from November 22-23, 2023. The announcement of the interview results will be announced through the official website of BPS Tegal Regency.
