Coordination Meeting for Preparation of the 2025 National Socio-Economic Survey

As preparation for Susenas 2025, on November 12-14, 2024, BPS Central Java Province held a Coordination Meeting. The meeting was attended by representatives from each Regency/City BPS and the Regional Government from the Bappeda of Central Java Province. The event started on November 12 and was opened by Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, Head of BPS Central Java Province. She conveyed a warm welcome and her hope that this meeting could provide a positive contribution to the welfare of the community.

On that occasion, Mrs. Endang explained about the implementation of the upcoming Susenas 2025. She explained that in preparing the survey, there were several adjustments made both in terms of instruments and the implementation schedule. Given the importance of the Susenas 2025 activity, she asked the Regency/City BPS to oversee all stages in the business process to maintain its quality.

Susenas produces many strategic indicators that will be used by the government in various sectors. One of the publications containing various statistical indicators is the People's Welfare Statistics. Therefore, considering the importance of Susenas as the mother of surveys, it is hoped that the coordination meeting can create strong synergy between BPS and local governments in an effort to make Susenas 2025 a success.
