Head of BPS Tegal Regency Becomes Resource Person for IBN Tegal KKN Briefing

Slawi, January 10, 2025 – The Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, had the opportunity to be a resource person in the briefing for the Community Service (KKN) program for 7th semester students of the Bakti Negara Islamic Institute (IBN) Tegal, on Friday (10/1/2025). He joined other resource persons, namely the Vice Rector III of IBN Tegal, Zaki Mubarok, MSI; Head of Research and Development of the Tegal Regency Research and Development Planning Agency, Nursofia; and Acting Head of Balapulang District, Muhammad Sihabbudin Al Farizi. The briefing, which was opened directly by the Rector of IBN Tegal, Dr. Saepudin, MA, emphasized the participation of KKN students in the development of the Village Love for Statistics (CANTIK) program in almost all villages in Balapulang District. The Vice Rector III and the Head of Research and Development of the Research and Development Planning Agency presented the technical implementation of the KKN program and innovative programs that can be implemented in villages, including programs that will be competed in the Tegal Regency Research and Development Planning Agency. The Acting Head of Balapulang District also encouraged KKN students to actively contribute to the CANTIK program in the area. Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, in his presentation, further explained the Village CANTIK program, which is expected to be implemented in all villages in Balapulang District. He emphasized the importance of the role of KKN students in improving and developing data at the village level, so that village data can be well organized. The collaboration between the BPS of Tegal Regency, IBN Tegal, and the Balapulang District Government is expected to be very beneficial for all parties, especially in improving data quality and village development.
