Training for National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) 2025 Survey Officers Held Hybrid in Tegal Regency

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a training for officers of the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) in 2025 in a hybrid format. The training, which took place from January 13 to 22, combined online and face-to-face learning methods to provide a comprehensive understanding to the officers. The learning methods used include self-learning (MOOC), distance learning through online meetings, and direct face-to-face training. The training stages began with self-learning or MOOC on January 13-15. Next, distance learning through online meetings was conducted on January 16-17 and 20. The training was then concluded with a two-day face-to-face session, on January 21 and 22, at the BPS Tegal Regency office hall. The training was attended by Sakernas February 2025 supervisors and enumerators. The training instructors came from BPS Tegal Regency, namely Winda Dwi Janingrum and Moh. Bachtiar Helmi. They delivered Sakernas 2025 materials covering various aspects, ranging from methodology, data collection using CAPI to data verification. Updates and additions to the Sakernas 2025 materials were the main focus of this training. In the distance learning session via Zoom, the Head of General Affairs of BPS Tegal Regency, Andi Kurniawan, opened the event and emphasized the importance of the officers' seriousness in following the training. He reminded them that there are many new things in Sakernas 2025 that need to be understood well so that the data collected is accurate and of good quality. With this hybrid training, BPS Tegal Regency strives to improve the capacity and competence of National Labor Force Survey officers. It is hoped that this training can produce accurate and reliable Sakernas 2025 data to support development planning in Tegal Regency. (uonk)
