**Slawi, February 3, 2025** — The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency kicked off 2025 by relaunching the "Senin Ngangenin" program (Monday for Camaraderie, Sharing Knowledge, and Information), an initiative to strengthen the work culture of AKHLAK civil servants (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative). This inaugural event was officially opened by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, on Monday (3/2/2025), in the office auditorium, with the main agenda being ASIK (Sharing Session to Enhance Knowledge and Competence). Synergy of Collaboration and Financial Literacy In his speech, Bambang emphasized that the "Senin Ngangenin" program is designed as a platform to strengthen relationships between employees while enhancing technical competence. "This is not just a formality, but a space to build camaraderie, inspire each other, and strengthen human resource capacity for better public service," he said. The inaugural "ASIK" agenda carried the theme "Effective Financial Administration Management," guided by the BPS Tegal General Sub-Division Team under the leadership of Andi Kurniawan. This material was chosen to enhance employee understanding in managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and complying with state treasury regulations. "Financial administration is the backbone of institutional performance. With this competence, we hope all employees can work more efficiently and accountably," explained Andi. ASIK: Practical Discussion Space for Daily Solutions The "ASIK" session was interactive, combining theory with concrete case studies often faced by employees, such as financial data input errors, funding application procedures, and optimizing the use of the BOS application. Participants were also invited to discuss anticipatory measures against potential administrative violations. "The material is applicable, directly addressing the challenges we face daily," said one BPS Tegal Regency staff member. Senin Ngangenin: From Camaraderie to Work Culture Transformation In addition to focusing on competence, the program also includes informal sessions to strengthen bonds between employees and share the latest information on internal policies. Bambang added that this activity will be scheduled regularly every month with diverse themes, ranging from statistical technology to soft skill development. "We want to create a work ecosystem that is not only professional, but also enjoyable and supportive," he said. Targeting Increased Employee Satisfaction Index Through "Senin Ngangenin," BPS Tegal Regency aims to increase the employee satisfaction index and strengthen the implementation of AKHLAK civil servant values. This program is also in line with the direction of the Central BPS to strengthen human resource capacity at the regional level. The results of the inaugural event evaluation will be a reference for improving the subsequent agenda. "We are committed to making BPS Tegal an example of an excellent government agency, starting with its human resources," concluded Bambang. (ADN)
