February 25, 2025 | Other Activities
The Central Bureau of Statistics of Tegal Regency is ready to support KPKNL Tegal's efforts in managing State Assets, both for state houses and other types of assets. This was conveyed by the Head of the General Sub-Division of BPS Tegal Regency, Andi Kurniawan, after attending the socialization held by KPKNL Tegal.
The Tegal State Asset and Auction Office (KPKNL) held a socialization regarding the management of State Assets (BMN) in the form of state houses and the process of updating state house data in the asset master on the State Asset Management Information System (SIMAN) application in 2025.
The event was opened by the Head of KPKNL Tegal, Hermawan Sukmajati, who emphasized the urgency of this meeting amidst ongoing budget efficiency. In his speech, he conveyed that this activity is important to raise awareness among Civil Servants (ASN) regarding the management of state assets. "With this socialization, we hope that the management of BMN, especially state houses, can be carried out more qualitatively and optimally," he said.
As a form of support, KPKNL Tegal is ready to provide letters of recommendation so that the repair and maintenance of state houses can be budgeted by central ministries and institutions.
The first material in this event discussed the role of the community in improving the culture of integrity within the Ministry of Finance. As a work unit with the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) predicate, KPKNL Tegal is obliged to disseminate information related to the prohibition of gratuities. It was explained that although Eastern culture is still strong in Indonesia - where giving something without a specific purpose is considered - natural, however, in the context of government administration, this must still be avoided so as not to raise suspicions of bribery.
The second material discussed BMN in more detail, especially state houses. One of the main problems faced is the incomplete asset recording in the SIMAN application and the existence of state houses that are occupied in violation of applicable regulations. To overcome this, KPKNL Tegal proposed that unoccupied state houses be transferred to other work units that are more in need.
After the material session, the event continued with a monitoring session for work units (satker) that have not updated state house data in SIMAN. All satker are expected to immediately upload the necessary documents to complete the recording of BMN, especially for state houses.
With this socialization, it is hoped that the management of BMN in government agencies will be more orderly, transparent, and in accordance with applicable regulations. (Hanifah)
