Tegal, March 24, 2025 – The Tegal Regency Statistics Office (BPS) held the "Monday Ngangenin" (Monday for Intimacy, Sharing Knowledge and Information) event in the meeting room of the Tegal Regency BPS office. This event aims to build a Zone of Integrity, strengthen the Culture of Ethical Organizational Behavior, and realize the Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) to achieve fair bureaucratic reform without exception. The event was opened by the Head of Tegal Regency BPS, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, who emphasized the importance of a change in mindset and responsibility in building a Zone of Integrity as the property of all employees. He also highlighted that with the new leadership at BPS RI, this is a momentum to make changes for the better. As part of the agenda, the Head of the General Sub-Division of Tegal Regency BPS also gave a presentation on various aspects of human resource management in the Zone of Integrity. Some of the main points presented include: 1. Optimization of Human Resources (HR) - The ideal number of employees is 65, while currently only 39 are filled. - Internal rotation patterns to balance workloads. - Challenges of insufficient working hours and solutions to adjust them. - Rules regarding employee discipline, including prohibitions on adultery and involvement in political parties. 2. Employee Competence and Allocation - Disparities in individual performance indices and efforts to improve them. - Performance Result Matrix (MPH) as a reference for performance evaluation. - Implementation of a reward and punishment system for employees. - Improved work discipline through a strict monitoring mechanism. 3. Evaluation and Measurement of Employee Performance - Organizational Culture Survey and ASN Professional Index through the My ASN BKN application. - Two main indicators in the assessment: - Performance predicate based on monthly and annual performance achievements. - History of competence development, including webinar certificates and employee training. The event was attended by 39 employees, all of whom are employees of Tegal Regency BPS. Through "Senin Ngangenin," it is hoped that a more professional, accountable, and integrity-based work culture will be increasingly established within the Tegal Regency BPS, so that it can provide the best service to the community and achieve the desired bureaucratic reform.
