Tegal Regency BPS Participates in the Implementation of SRIKANDI Application Socialization

Tegal, March 25, 2025 – Tri Wahyuni and Ani Penganti, employees of Tegal Regency BPS, participated in the follow-up implementation of the SRIKANDI application organized by the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) through the General Bureau online. This activity was titled "Socialization of the SRIKANDI Application for Secretary/Administrative Accounts" with a primary focus on the document depreciation feature in the SRIKANDI application. During the Q&A session, participants raised several technical issues encountered in using this application. Some of the questions discussed include: The Institution Name Does Not Appear When Creating an Outgoing Document The solution provided is to recheck the usage parameters, including the date, number, and sender's signature. All three elements must be filled in for the system to process the outgoing letter correctly. Creating Outgoing Letters on Holidays This is allowed if necessary, but must still follow applicable procedures. The letter number and electronic signature (TTE) can still be issued by considering system parameters. In addition, the speaker also explained that the SRIKANDI version 3 application has been equipped with a "cancel signature" feature. If the uploaded document is still in the red highlight format, the signature can be canceled, corrected, and resubmitted. For technical problems such as network errors, participants are directed to refresh, clear the cache, or log out and log back in. If the problem persists, users can report it to the Provincial BPS or contact the BPS archive service at arsip.bps.go.id. With this socialization, it is hoped that the use of the SRIKANDI application can be more optimal in supporting more efficient and integrated administrative governance within the Tegal Regency BPS.
