Spirit of Collaboration in Fungames, Monday is Missed

Tegal, June 23, 2025 – The atmosphere in the yard of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency was filled with laughter and a rekindled spirit of work on Monday morning. This is thanks to the "Senin Ngangenin" program, which translates to "Missing Mondays," fostering camaraderie, sharing knowledge and information, this time with a fungames theme led by former IPDS (Integrated Population Data System) personnel of BPS Tegal Regency. "Senin Ngangenin" is designed to be a fun and beneficial program, with the concept "Start with happiness first, performance follows." The event is filled with various exciting and hilarious games guaranteed to re-energize employees. Senin Ngangenin can foster a sense of togetherness among employees and restore work mood after a long two-day holiday. The employees were divided into three (3) groups. Each group competed sportively to get cheerfulness and light snack prizes from the "Senin Ngangenin" committee. There were three competitions: moving beans with chopsticks, moving rubber bands using the mouth and straws, and throwing shoes into their place. An atmosphere of healthy competition and laughter colored every game, creating a more harmonious and enjoyable work atmosphere. The "Senin Ngangenin" program is expected to become a routine program that can foster a sense of togetherness and cohesiveness among the employees of BPS Tegal Regency. With a rekindled spirit of work, it is hoped that the performance of BPS Tegal Regency will continue to improve and can make an optimal contribution in providing accurate and quality statistical data.
