Tegal Regency BPS Participates in SIMASE 2026 Online
Tegal, January 7, 2026 — All employees of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency participated in an online event titled "SIMASE 2026: Human Resources for Officers," held on January 7, 2026, by BPS offices throughout the former Semarang Residency. They received guidance on preparing for the recruitment, selection, and training of officers for the 2026 Economic Census. The material focused on human resource specifications, recruitment mechanisms (including the use of the SOBAT platform), operational challenges, and training and budget plans as the foundation for the success of SE2026. The event was opened by the Acting Head of BPS Central Java Province, represented by Wisnu Nurdiyanto, an Associate Expert for BPS Central Java Province.
This online event emphasized that officers are the spearhead of SE2026 implementation: the quality of human resources determines the quality of census data. Therefore, the primary focus of the guidance was to ensure selective recruitment, adequate training (technical and communication), and a robust monitoring system. The material was developed by combining previous census experience with the technical requirements of the implementation platform.
