Groundcheck Technical Guidance for PBI in Kramat Subdistrict

Slawi, Monday, March 30, 2026 — The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a groundcheck (GC) training for Beneficiaries of Health Insurance Contribution Assistance (PBI) conducted in Kramat Subdistrict.This activity aims to improve the quality of data updating for aid recipients so that the health insurance program can be accurately targeted according to the real conditions in the field.

The training activity was officially opened by the Head of the General Subdivision of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Sukmahadi. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of data accuracy in the implementation of social assistance programs, especially the PBI Health Insurance, so that those who truly need it can benefit optimally.

The training material was delivered by instructor Adiprima Widi Nugroho, who provided technical understanding related to the implementation of ground checks in the field, ranging from data verification methods, respondent interview techniques, to reporting procedures of the check results. Participants also received direct guidance from the BPS team of Tegal Regency, consisting of Imam Furqon Roziqin and Hendra Sarwono.

This training was attended by Family Hope Program (PKH) facilitators from three sub-districts, namely Kramat Sub-district, Suradadi Sub-district, and Warureja Sub-district. The participants appeared enthusiastic in following each training session because this activity serves as essential preparation in ensuring the validity of social assistance recipient data in their respective areas.

Through this PBI groundcheck training, BPS of Tegal Regency hopes that the data verification process for recipients of health insurance contribution assistance can run more accurately, transparently, and accountably. The synergy between BPS and PKH facilitators is expected to be able to support the provision of quality data to support government policies in the distribution of social assistance that is well-targeted.
