Forming a Healthy Lifestyle Together Friday WAREG

One of the leading activities at BPS Tegal Regency is FRIDAY WAREG with the abbreviation for Waras, Resik and Guyub. Today, Friday (12/11) with a sunny and cloudy morning, all employees of the Tegal Regency BPS including STIS interns took a leisurely walk around the Hanggawana Slawi square. It started with a morning apple as usual, then continued with a leisurely walk together. Not only BPS employees, many other government agencies carried out a leisurely walk together at the Hanggawana Slawi Square this morning. Taking a leisurely stroll while having fun with work partners, apart from being a productive sporting event, it can also be used as an effort to increase unity, kinship and communication between work partners.

According to the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, "Walking for 15 to 30 minutes is the best medicine and can change your appearance and make your body healthier." Especially for BPS employees with work patterns that tend to move less and only in front of the computer, a leisurely walk together on Friday mornings is very good for stretching the muscles so as to facilitate blood flow throughout the body. In the New Normal era where we are required to be able to maintain good immunity, forming a healthy lifestyle by diligently walking is a good process and needs to be improved.
