BPS of Tegal Regency Holds Morning Roll Call and Healthy Walk to Socialize the 2026 Economic Census

SLAWI - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a morning roll call at the BPS office and a healthy walk together on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Tegal Regency Government field. This activity was attended by all employees of BPS of Tegal Regency as part of the effort to socialize the 2026 Economic Census (SE). The morning roll call was led directly by the Head of BPS of Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji. In his address, he conveyed important points resulting from the National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) of BPS RI. These points emphasized thorough preparation and solid coordination in making the 2026 SE a success. After the morning roll call, all employees of BPS of Tegal Regency participated in a healthy walk around the Tegal Regency Government field. The participants wore t-shirts with the theme of the 2026 SE with the aim of attracting public attention and raising awareness of the importance of the economic census. With this activity, it is hoped that the people of Tegal Regency will begin to know and understand that BPS will carry out the Economic Census in the coming year. This knowledge is very important because the 2026 SE will record all business units in Indonesia, including in Tegal Regency. Active participation from all business actors is needed so that the data produced is accurate and comprehensive. This morning roll call and healthy walk activity is one of the initial steps of BPS of Tegal Regency in socializing the 2026 SE to the wider community. It is hoped that, through various other socialization activities, the 2026 SE can run successfully and provide great benefits for economic development planning in Tegal Regency and Indonesia as a whole.
