Setting the UMK is an effort to realize a decent income for workers without over time from the progress of the company by paying attention to the company's ability so that work can be maintained, which can encourage the national economy.

In connection with the UMK Meeting, it is necessary to discuss this, for the 2021 UMK Determination Wage Council Meeting to be held at the Tegal Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 09.00 until it is finished. Wage Council, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary and Members from related Agencies), Tegal Regency Chamber of Commerce (Members) and Elements of Trade Unions/Workers (Members) as well as Representatives from the Company.

According to the Head of Manpower and Transmigration Office, this Wage Council Meeting resulted in the amount of the Tegal Regency UMK which was agreed at the Regency level and then proposed to the Governor of Central Java to be determined through a Decree of the Governor of Central Java.
