EPSS Preparation Meeting in Tegal Regency

On Monday, January 20, 2025, a meeting was held to discuss the preparation for the Evaluation of Sectoral Statistics Implementation (EPSS) in Tegal Regency. The meeting was attended by the Head of Data Statistics and Coding Division of the Tegal Regency Diskominfo, Sri Rejeki SIP, MM, the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Poncoaji, SST, M.si, the Senior Statistician of BPS Tegal Regency, and the EPSS Team of BPS Tegal Regency. In addition, the meeting was also attended by representatives from relevant agencies. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and prepare for what is needed in order to evaluate the implementation of sectoral statistics in Tegal Regency. In the meeting, the Head of BPS Tegal Regency emphasized the importance of coordination between various parties to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data to be submitted. The Senior Statistician of BPS Tegal Regency also provided an explanation regarding the types of supporting evidence needed and the procedures for collecting them. The EPSS Team of Tegal Regency also provided input and suggestions to improve the quality of the data to be evaluated. The meeting went smoothly and ended with an agreement to continue to improve cooperation between agencies in order to support sectoral statistics activities in Tegal Regency. It is hoped that with this meeting, the process of evaluating the implementation of sectoral statistics can be more effective and efficient. (Mart)
