On December 24, 2022 at 07.00 until finished, BPS Tegal Regency carried out a Moral Internalization for Tegal Regency BPS Employees at the Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. This internalization was attended by all employees who took part in the picnic to Yogyakarta.
With great enthusiasm, the employees listened to the explanation from the Head of the General Subdivision, Andi Kurniawan, about what "Having Morals" is. Starting from what is morals, having morals is Service Oriented, namely being committed to providing excellent service for the satisfaction of the community, then being Accountable is being responsible for the trust given.
Then Competent, i.e. Continue to learn and improve capabilities. And Harmonious, namely Mutual Caring and respect for differences. Next is Loyal, namely Dedicated and Prioritizing the interests of the nation and state. Then Adaptive, namely continuing to innovate and enthusiastic in moving and dealing with change. And the last is Collaborative, meaning to build synergistic cooperation. (unk)
