Tegal Regency Statistics Agency Selects 2026 Change Ambassadors: Prioritize Integrity and Moral Values
Slawi, Tegal Regency – The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency once again demonstrated its commitment to bureaucratic reform and improving the quality of human resources by holding the 2026 BPS Tegal Regency Change Ambassador (CAN) Selection.
The selection was held simultaneously on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in the BPS Tegal Regency Auditorium. This routine activity aims to identify employees who are capable of being role models, initiators of positive change, and promoters of integrity values in the workplace.

Three Top Candidates Compete
Following a selection process and performance assessment, three employees were selected to advance as BPS Tegal Regency Change Ambassadors in 2026:
Imam Furqon Roziqin, Hanifah Rahmah, and Heny Khristianawati. These three candidates are known for their strong track records and are considered capable of realizing BPS's vision of implementing the values of "Berakhlak" (morality) and the Five BPS Work Cultures.

Digital and Transparent Election Process
Unlike conventional mechanisms, this year's CAN election process utilizes digital technology to ensure transparency and ease of participation. Voting is conducted through the Tegal Regency BPS's internal application, SITIK (Secuil Aplikasi Pegawai Statistik), specifically under the Achievements menu.

All Tegal Regency BPS employees, from all sections and positions, are required to participate in this voting. Each employee can cast one vote for the candidate they deem most worthy.

Main Criteria: BerAKHLAK (morality)
The Head of Tegal Regency BPS emphasized that the main criterion that all voters must uphold is the candidate's alignment with the core values of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), namely BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).

"The Agents of Change we are seeking must possess high integrity and embody the values of BerAKHLAK in every action. The selected CAN will become role models who drive innovation and a positive work culture in the office," said the Head of the Tegal Regency BPS.

The election results will be announced immediately after the recapitulation process is complete, and the selected Agents of Change will officially serve for a one-year period to oversee programs at the Tegal Regency BPS. (Burhan)
