Slawi, November 17, 2023. BPS Tegal Regency held a routine Friday Wareg activity, this time with the theme of rearranging the workspace to support the Flexible Working Space (FWS) concept. This activity was attended by all employees of BPS Tegal Regency and led directly by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji.
FWS is a workspace concept that is not bound by a specific place and time, so employees can work more flexibly and comfortably according to their needs and preferences. This concept can also increase productivity, creativity, and collaboration among employees.
To implement the flexible working space concept, BPS Tegal Regency took several steps to rearrange the workspace, including:
Removing barriers between work desks, so that the workspace becomes more open and spacious.
Providing various types of work tables and chairs that can be adjusted to the needs and comfort of employees, such as high tables, low tables, ergonomic chairs, sofa chairs, and others.
Adding decorative elements that can provide a warmer and more pleasant atmosphere, such as ornamental plants, paintings, photos, and others.
The Friday Wareg activity for flexible working space arrangement received positive appreciation from BPS Tegal Regency employees. One of the employees, Nurlaili Ismilarsih, expressed her happiness with the change in workspace. "I feel more at home and excited to work in this new workspace. I can choose a desk and chair that suits my needs and condition. I can also interact with my colleagues more easily and intimately," she said.
The Friday Wareg activity for flexible working space arrangement is one of BPS Tegal Regency's efforts to keep up with the times and adapt to changes in the work environment. Thus, BPS Tegal Regency can continue to contribute in providing accurate, relevant and reliable data and information for regional development. (Wind)
