National Sakernas training semester 1 of 2024

The February 2024 Sakernas training was successfully implemented in a hybrid format, combining online and offline sessions. On January 22 and 23 2024, online training was carried out via the Zoom meeting platform, starting from 8 am to 16.15 pm WIB. Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, S.Si., M.Sc., officially opened the training, marking the start of a series of activities that will provide participants with preparation for the implementation of Sakernas February 2024.

On the third day of training, which fell on January 24 2024, the atmosphere changed to offline with the implementation location at the Grand Dian Hotel Slawi. Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, again played an important role by providing direction and motivation to training participants. In this session, the Head of BPS provided in-depth insight into the implementation of the upcoming Sakernas field.

Direct presence in offline training provides participants with the opportunity to interact more intensively and get direct views from institutional leaders. It is hoped that the direct guidance and direction from the Head of BPS Tegal Regency will provide participants with a better understanding of the importance of their role in carrying out their duties at Sakernas February 2024.

With the hybrid format adopted in this training, it is hoped that participants can optimize learning through both online and offline sessions, so that the implementation of Sakernas February 2024 can run more efficiently and with quality.
