Auction Announcement from BPS Tegal Regency

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency, through the State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) of Tegal, will conduct a non-execution mandatory auction of state-owned goods via internet auction. This auction will be conducted with written bids without the presence of participants and will use an open bidding system for the following auction object:

Auction Object:

• 1 (one) package of office inventory consisting of 46 units with various brands and types, in severely damaged condition and sold as-is.

Auction Terms and Conditions:

1. Auction participants must have a verified account on the website: portal.lelang.go.id and/or lelang.go.id.
2. Terms, conditions, and procedures for participating in the auction can be viewed on the above websites.
3. The auction deposit must be transferred to the KPKNL Tegal account via Virtual Account (VA) and must match the amount stated in the auction announcement. The deposit must be effectively received no later than one day before the auction.
4. All banking fees incurred are the responsibility of the auction participants.
5. Each auction participant is considered to have understood the condition of the auction object being bid on.
6. Registration and deposit period: from the posting of the auction object on the website portal.lelang.go.id and/or lelang.go.id until one day before the auction.
7. Auction participants cannot claim compensation if the auction is canceled for any reason in accordance with applicable regulations.
