Tegal, October 4, 2024 - The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a Weekly Evaluation and Activity Planning Meeting (Sirenja) on friday, October 4, 2024, from 14.00 WIB until completion. The meeting, held in the technical room of the BPS Tegal Regency office, was attended by all employees and led directly by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji.
Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, in his speech, emphasized the importance of monitoring data quality from the stages of enumeration, supervision, to processing. He also instructed the team leaders to start presenting their activity monitoring every week.
"Starting next week, the team leaders will start presenting their activity monitoring. For activities that exceed the deadline, there must be a work plan, realization, and evaluation to measure whether we have daily performance," said Bambang.
He also encouraged young statisticians to improve their writing, analytical, and infographic-making skills.
The meeting continued with a presentation by Diana Dwi Susanti, Senior Expert Statistician at BPS Tegal Regency. Ms. Diana presented the planned activity monitoring to be carried out, including:
- Monitoring the implementation of the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) which has been completed.
- Monitoring the processing of Household Survey (Seruti) data integrated with Susenas.
- Monitoring the implementation of the Agricultural Survey, focusing on targets and activity realization.
This Sirenja is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all BPS Tegal Regency employees, so that the targets and performance that have been set can be achieved optimally. (uonk)
