BPS Tegal Regency Holds Performance Plan Evaluation Meeting (SIRENJA) to Discuss 2025 Preparations

Tegal, December 13, 2024 – The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a performance plan evaluation meeting (SIRENJA) on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The meeting, led by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, was attended by all BPS Tegal Regency employees. The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss the implementation of the work team for 2025 and the preparation of activities in the coming year.

During the meeting, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji gave guidance regarding the allocation of partner officers. He emphasized the importance of determining the right allocation of officers, taking into account the workload of each officer. Officers who have been allocated to other teams and are already overloaded cannot be used again. This aims to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of task implementation.

Senior Statistician, Diana Dwi Susanti, presented the plan for the identification of Beautiful Villages in 2025. This identification will be carried out by six teams that have been formed previously. The selection of villages is focused on villages that already have websites and have the potential to be fostered in the management of Beautiful Villages. The main criteria are advanced villages and independent villages, taking into account the capabilities of village officials, recommendations from the sub-district, and the possibility of cooperation with the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages (Dispermades).

The process of identifying Beautiful Villages will pay attention to several important aspects. The team will evaluate the existence of village websites, the capabilities of village officials in managing data and information, and recommendations from the sub-district. Cooperation with Dispermades will also be considered to ensure the smooth process of identification and mentoring of selected villages.

Thus, the SIRENJA evaluation meeting is an important step for BPS Tegal Regency in preparing for the implementation of the 2025 work program, especially in terms of optimizing human resources and determining the focus of activities, while ensuring readiness to face challenges in the coming year.
