Tegal, December 6, 2024 - The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a morning assembly on Friday, December 6, 2024, in the office courtyard. The morning assembly was led by Moh Bakhtiar Helmy as the leader, Sulton Aji as the assembly commander, and attended by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, the Head of General Affairs, Andi Kurniawan, Senior Expert Statistician, Diana Dwi Susanti, and all employees.
In his speech, Moh Bakhtiar Helmy emphasized the importance of carrying out activities in each team well and with full responsibility. "If we work well, then the results will also be good," he said firmly. In addition, Moh Bakhtiar Helmy also conveyed a moral message about three things that save humanity, namely:
1. Fear of God in solitude and in crowds. This reminds us to always have noble character and be responsible for every action, both when alone and with many people.
2. Simplicity (feeling ordinary) in times of abundance and scarcity. This message emphasizes the importance of humility and not being arrogant, both when having wealth, knowledge, position, and when lacking.
3. Be fair in times of joy and sorrow. This message emphasizes the importance of being fair and wise in all situations, both when happy and unhappy.
The Head of General Affairs, Andi Kurniawan, conveyed important information regarding the BPS activity budget. Meanwhile, Senior Expert Statistician, Diana Dwi Susanti, gave guidance for employees who do not have urgent activities to utilize their free time to follow YouTube about Satu Data Indonesia.
The morning assembly concluded with a spirited cheer, reminding all employees to maintain their enthusiasm and optimal performance in carrying out their duties. (uonk)
