BPS Tegal Participates in Change Agent Network (CAN) Power Up from BPS RI

Tegal, February 27, 2025 – The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency participated in the Change Agent Network (CAN) Power Up event organized by BPS RI on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 09.00 WIB until completion. In this event, BPS Tegal Regency was represented by CAN BPS Tegal Regency, Adiprima Widi Nugroho. The event was opened by the Acting Secretary

General (Sestama) of BPS RI, Dadang Hardiwan, and the Head of the Change Management Secretariat, Nasrul Wajdi. This event aims to strengthen the role of Change Agents in supporting cultural transformation and bureaucratic reform within BPS. One of the main topics in CAN Power Up is the ADKAR philosophy (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement), which is rooted in philosophical thinking about change and strengthening individual capacity within organizations. This concept emphasizes the importance of awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and continuous reinforcement in the change process. In addition, various strategic programs that were the focus of discussion in this event include:

✅ Timeline and Work Plan for Change Agents 2025 – Developing concrete steps in guiding change within BPS.

✅ CAN Action Plan – Implementing change strategies in each work unit.

✅ PIN (National Intervention Program) – A strategic change-based program to improve organizational effectiveness.

✅ Coach Me Program – Mentoring and skills development for change agents.

✅ Knowledge Café – A forum for sharing knowledge and experiences related to innovation and organizational transformation.

✅ Funergy (Fun & Energy) – An innovative approach to building a dynamic and enjoyable work culture.

✅ Organizational Culture Survey – Monitoring and evaluating the development of organizational culture at BPS.

By participating in CAN Power Up, BPS Tegal Regency demonstrates its commitment to supporting change towards a more adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive organization. Change agents are expected to implement the programs that have been discussed to improve service quality and strengthen work culture within BPS.
