Kopi Morning Maret: From Data to Dedication – The Inspiring Journey of BPS Talents

On March 21, 2025, the Tegal Regency Statistics Office (BPS) participated in the "Kopi Morning Maret: From Data to Dedication – The Inspiring Journey of BPS Talents" event online through MOOC. The event aimed to inspire and motivate employees through the success stories of high-achieving BPS talents. Dr. Mohamad Romzy delivered the keynote speech. The event featured two main speakers: Nicky Rizkiansyah, SST, M.E.: He is a graduate of the ASN Talent Academy Class II of 2024 and previously served as an Applied Statistics Instructor (IST) at the Jambi Provincial BPS in 2023. In this session, Nicky shared his career journey, starting in Jambi and culminating in his achievement as an ASN Talent Academy participant. He emphasized the importance of giving 100% effort in every job and considered lifelong learning as an act of worship. Nofriani, SST: With 10 years of experience working at the Bengkulu BPS, Nofriani won the award for Best National IST I in 2024. She shared her career journey, the challenges she faced, and her dedication to the world of statistics that led her to receive this award. The event was moderated by Mohammad Ammar Alwandi, S.Tr.Stat., a First-Class Statistician from the Directorate of Statistics Analysis and Development (DAPS). With his expertise, Ammar guided the discussion, making it interactive and inspiring. Through this event, it is hoped that BPS Tegal Regency employees will be inspired to continue contributing maximally to their work, make learning an integral part of their lives, and achieve outstanding achievements in their careers at BPS.
