Tegal, May 8, 2025 — The BPS Tegal Regency GRDP Team, led by Heny K, along with members Emmy Laeliyah, Asih Maulida, Bakhtiar Helmy, and Nurlaeli Ismilarsih, participated in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) Reconciliation for the First Quarter of 2025 with BPS Districts/Cities throughout Central Java online.

The virtual event aimed to align perceptions, harmonize data, and ensure the quality of GRDP data for greater accuracy and relevance in regional development policymaking.

This reconciliation serves as a crucial forum for bridging sectoral and regional data between districts/cities and BPS Central Java Province. Some of the topics discussed include sectoral data correction, adjustments to source data, and synchronization between economic indicators. This event is also part of the preparation for the compilation of the next quarterly GRDP.

By participating in this event, BPS Tegal Regency demonstrates its commitment to supporting the improvement of sectoral and macroeconomic statistics. "Our entire team is making every effort to absorb central guidance, maintain cross-sectoral coordination, and apply it in carrying out tasks in the region," said one member of the GRDP team after the event.

Today's event reflects the national synergy of BPS in maintaining the quality of statistics as the basis for data-driven policymaking. With strong data, development can be directed more accurately, precisely, and with a real impact on the community. (Widi)
