July 15, 2025 | BPS Activities

Slawi, July 2025 – The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency is holding training for officers updating the geospatial framework and Wilkerstat content to support the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census (SE). The training was officially opened by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Mr. Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, SST., M.Si. This training aims to provide understanding and refreshment to officers regarding the procedures for updating the geospatial framework and Wilkerstat content for SE2026, including technical aspects in the field. Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji emphasized several important points in his opening remarks. He hopes that the training delivered by regional resource persons (Inda) can be well understood by all participants. Interactive and effective discussions are highly encouraged to discuss problems that often arise in the field. Mastery of the training material is very important for the successful implementation in the field. Compliance with the schedule of activity stages is also emphasized, considering that delays can have an impact on the implementation of SE 2026. This training includes the stages of field activities and data processing. The main objectives of the training are to obtain uniform and up-to-date Wilkerstat content, compile an accurate and up-to-date geospatial framework, and identify areas of economic concentration that are crucial for SE 2026. The implementation of the training is divided into two waves. The first wave will be held on July 14 (online) and July 15 (face-to-face), while the second wave will be held on July 16 (online) and July 17 (face-to-face). A total of 697 participants attended this training, divided into 27 classes (14 classes for wave 1 and 13 classes for wave 2). The face-to-face training was held in six locations: Grand Dian Guci, Serenity Vila, Gulala Azana Resort, Sun Q Ta Hotel, Permata Inn Slawi, and Grand Dian Slawi, with 14 regional instructors. The training costs are charged to the DIPA budget of BPS Tegal Regency for the 2025 Fiscal Year.(uonk)
