Evaluation meeting on the final data collection and data processing results of Susenas and Seruti

Slawi, November 21, 2025 — The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency held an evaluation meeting on the final data collection and data processing results of the September period Susenas and the Quarter IV Routine Survey (Seruti TW IV) of 2025. The meeting took place in the Meeting Room of the Permata Inn Hotel and was attended by the Head of the 2025 Susenas Team, the Head of the Processing Team, the Head of the Analysis and Balance Sheet Team (Initial) of the Central Java Province BPS, as well as the Field Officers and Field Supervisors (PCL and PML) of the Seruti TW IV of the Tegal Regency BPS. The meeting was opened by the Head of the General Subdivision of the Tegal Regency BPS, who gave important directions so that all PCLs and PMLs not only focus on fulfilling the quantity of data collection, but also prioritize the quality of the data collection results. At this meeting, it was conveyed that the Seruti TW IV field officers had successfully completed data collection on the entire number of sample households. Although there were obstacles encountered in this survey, the survey was completed on time. All data collection documents have been submitted by the officers to the PML for thorough examination. In addition, after the joint examination and evaluation were completed, the Handover Minutes (BAST) were signed as an official sign of the end of the survey implementation. The Head of the Initial Team of the Central Java Province BPS, Mr. Harjo Teguh, expressed his appreciation for the success of the officers who completed their tasks before the specified deadline. He reminded again the importance of maintaining data quality, so that the results of Susenas and Seruti can be used credibly in policy formulation. Meanwhile, the Head of the Processing Team of the Tegal Regency BPS, Mr. Sodikin, conveyed that the data entry process has reached approximately 50 percent. With this final evaluation meeting, it is hoped that it can improve the quality and accuracy of the survey data so that the data produced can be used credibly for planning and evaluating development programs.
