The meeting to select candidates for Change Ambassador (CA) of BPS Tegal Regency based on moral criteria became the main focus in an effort to choose a figure who would become a representative of change within BPS. The meeting was attended by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, SST, M.Si., who participated through the Zoom platform. Head of General Subdivision of BPS Tegal Regency, Andi Kurniawan, SST, M.Si., and Associate Statistician, Diana Dwi Susanti, SST, also participated in the meeting, along with all employees of BPS Tegal Regency.
The CA election meeting took place on January 12, 2024, starting from 7:30 to 9:30, with a hybrid format, namely online and offline. All employees of BPS Tegal Regency could participate in this meeting, both through the online platform and offline in the office.
The selection of CA candidates was conducted online by filling out an assessment on a form that refers to several criteria. Some of these criteria involve responsibility for their duties and functions, adherence to the rules of discipline and code of ethics.

The selection process has been completed, resulting in three employees being selected as Change Ambassador nominees for BPS Tegal Regency in 2024. They are Adnan Puji Wahyudi, S.ST, MT; Garnis Nevi Fatmawati, S.ST; and Winda Dwi Janingrum, S.ST. The nominees' 2024 Action Plans were presented in a presentation held on Friday, January 12, 2024.
The spirit of change towards a better direction continues to be applied at BPS Tegal Regency. The Head of BPS Tegal Regency stated that being a Change Ambassador is a tough task as a driver of the wheels of change, and is expected to be a driving force. Each candidate is expected to deliver an interesting vision and mission to improve the quality of BPS Tegal Regency.
The nominees' presentations showed their commitment to change. Adnan Puji Wahyudi encouraged the young generation of BPS to be more active and innovative with the concept of "Nextgen". Garnis Nevi Fatmawati is committed to working together towards a better BPS, starting from improving the appearance of the web to sharing knowledge.
