Monday, February 23, 2026, all employees of the Tegal Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) participated in the Monday Ngangenin event, which was combined with a meeting themed *Sharing Protocol Knowledge*. This activity was held to increase employee capacity and understanding regarding protocol procedures in various official activities. The meeting was led by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of understanding protocol as part of the professionalism of the apparatus, especially in carrying out official activities involving leaders and invited guests. The knowledge-sharing session explained the basics of protocol, from the order of events, seating arrangements, welcoming guests, to dress etiquette for formal events. This understanding is considered crucial for every activity to run orderly, smoothly, and in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition to theory, employees were also given examples of cases that frequently occur during official events. The interactive discussion took place actively, with participants sharing experiences and solutions to various situations they had encountered. This activity also served as a forum to strengthen coordination among employees. With a shared understanding of protocol, it is hoped that each department can support each other in ensuring the success of future office agendas. The meeting atmosphere was enthusiastic yet relaxed, typical of Monday Ngangenin (reminiscent Mondays). This activity not only served as a learning opportunity but also strengthened togetherness and fostered a sense of shared responsibility in providing the best service. Through this Protocol Knowledge Sharing activity, it is hoped that all BPS Tegal Regency employees will be more prepared and professional in supporting all institutional activities, thereby maintaining and enhancing the institution's image in the public eye.( burhan)
