The Head of BPS Tegal Regency was accompanied by the BPS Sectoral Team, consisting of Koriatun, Martin Muktiasih, Uziroh, Heny Khristianawati, Puji Astuti, and Hanifah Rahmah. The presence of this expert team aimed to provide close oversight and map crucial indicators in the EPSS assessment. The meeting was attended by officials from the Communication and Informatics Agency (Kominfo), acting as data validation, and representatives from relevant Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Tegal Regency Government.
In his directive, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji emphasized that the implementation of sectoral statistical guidance is a crucial step to ensure that all data produced by the region meets the One Data Indonesia standard. This guidance is designed as a thorough preparation step to ensure optimal and accurate results for Tegal Regency's statistical development index in the 2026 EPSS evaluation.
During the meeting, the Communication and Informatics Office, along with relevant Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs), welcomed the assistance provided by the BPS Sectoral Team. Intensive discussions were held regarding metadata development, data standard compliance, and data quality management within each agency. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics affirmed its commitment to continuously integrating the dissemination of sectoral statistical information for greater accessibility and accountability.
Through this solid coordination, it is hoped that the sectoral statistical guidance process can continue sustainably across all OPDs. A shared understanding between BPS as data administrator, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics as data trustee, and OPDs as data producers is expected to achieve high-quality government data governance and ensure the success of the 2026 EPSS assessment for the advancement of development in Tegal Regency.
