Presentation of Organizational Culture Survey Results at Senen Ngangenin

On Monday, September 25, 2023, BPS Tegal Regency held a meaningful event. The event was hosted by MCs Puji Astuti and Emmy Laeliyah who brought a vibrant spirit throughout the event.

The first speaker was the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Ir. Jamaludin. He delivered the results of the 2023 agricultural census data verification clearly and in detail. The information presented was very important for the development of the agricultural sector in Tegal Regency.

The second speaker was the Head of General Affairs of BPS Tegal Regency, Andi Kurniawan, who spoke about BMN (State Property). His presentation provided a deeper understanding of state assets and their management.

The third speaker was the Change Ambassador of BPS Tegal Regency, M. Bakhtiar Helmi, who discussed the Organizational Culture Survey. He provided inspiring insights on how to understand and improve organizational culture at BPS Tegal Regency.

All participants were very enthusiastic in this activity and hoped to see positive developments in the results of the agricultural census, BMN management, and organizational culture at BPS Tegal Regency. Hopefully this activity will be a good first step for further improvements and progress in the future. (Wind)
