Pagerwangi, August 21, 2024 - A supervisory team from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) visited Cantik Village, Pagerwangi, Balapulang District on August 21, 2024, to monitor and evaluate the Cantik Village Program. The supervisory team from BPS Central Java Province included Herlina, a Junior Statistician, and Fauziah Selowati, a First Statistician. The visit was led by the Head of BPS, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, accompanied by Senior Statistician Diana Dwi Susanti, Junior Statistician Tri Wahyuni, and the Cantik Village Pagerwangi Team.
The supervisory team met with Village Head Waluyo and other village officials to discuss the progress of the Cantik Village Program. The main focus of this visit was to ensure that the Cantik Village Program was being implemented as reported by BPS Tegal Regency.
“The village statistical data web entry has been completed, but it needs to be adjusted with the data available in the village,” said Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji. The village statistical data web entry is used to record data collection that will be carried out in September regarding the economic potential, poverty ranking, and unemployment in Cantik Village, Pagerwangi.
This visit is an important moment for Cantik Village, Pagerwangi, to improve the quality of village statistical data. With accurate data, it is hoped that village development planning and implementation can be more effective and targeted. (Uonk)
