Monday Ngangenin: Standardizing CKP Assessments

The Monday Ngangenin event, aimed at "gaining knowledge" and "sharing" information, was held on December 2, 2024, in the BPS Tegal Regency Meeting Room. The event was attended by the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, and the Head of General Affairs, Andi Kurniawan, and all BPS Tegal Regency employees. The main topic was how Team Leaders assess their team members.

This event provided an opportunity for each participant to gain insights and information about the importance of performance assessments within a team, particularly how a Team Leader can objectively and constructively evaluate their members. The assessment not only covers aspects of task achievement and responsibilities but also how communication and collaboration within the team operate effectively.

Through this event, it is hoped that all BPS Tegal Regency employees can understand the importance of providing constructive feedback and how to deliver assessments in an appropriate manner, thereby improving work quality and synergy within the team. (Tri)
