Tegal, December 4, 2024 - The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tegal Regency held a Dissemination of KSA Activity Results and Evaluation Meeting for Food and Horticultural Crops Statistics on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. The event featured speakers, the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, and Adibatul Hasanah, Head of the KSA and Ubinan Team at BPS Tegal Regency.
The event was attended by 37 participants, consisting of the Food and Agricultural Resilience Agency Team and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Tegal Regency. In addition to discussing the results of the Area Sample Frame (KSA) activities, this meeting also evaluated food and horticultural crop statistics for 2024.
The purpose of this activity is to convey the results of statistical activities, enhance coordination between relevant agencies, and ensure better planning and implementation of food and horticultural crop statistics in the future.
At the Dissemination of KSA Activity Results and Evaluation Meeting for Food and Horticultural Crops Statistics of BPS Tegal Regency, a keynote speech was delivered by the Head of the Food and Agricultural Resilience Agency, Agus Sukoco, and the Functional Planner, Arief Nuryanto.
Both speakers provided strategic guidance regarding the importance of data accuracy in supporting food and agricultural policies in Tegal Regency, and underlined the synergy between the Food and Agricultural Resilience Agency and the Central Bureau of Statistics in managing food and horticultural crop statistics.
Participants included Field Extension Officers from Margasari District to Warurejo District and the Data Collection Production Team for Paddy Palawija SP and SPH BPS Tegal Regency, whose data is collected monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Hopefully, this event can foster a harmonious relationship between the two agencies towards high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date data. (tri)
