SIRENJA, Getting Ready for 2025

The Weekly Evaluation and Work Plan Meeting (SIRENJA) held every Friday is BPS Tegal Regency's effort to evaluate weekly performance and mitigate risks that may arise in every BPS Tegal Regency business process to produce quality data. There is a slight difference in this first SIRENJA of December, the last month of 2024, which is the preparation for the 2025 work team leaders to prepare for prime performance in 2025. The strategy employed is to develop a work activity matrix, allocate activity implementers, establish performance achievement assessment criteria, and design administration for activities throughout 2025. The Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, in his guidance, stated that we must be ready to synergize and optimize the capabilities of each employee so that the workload is relatively evenly distributed and performance is even better. The results of this design activity can be applied in the change management work program. It is hoped that with this preparation, work will be more planned and run smoothly, ready for a better BPS transformation, with intelligent and optimal performance to produce quality data to achieve an internationally-scaled BPS.
