SIRENJA Performance Evaluation and Strategic Plan

November 1, 2025 | Other Activities

Slawi, October 31, 2025 — As the year draws to a close, BPS of Tegal Regency once again held the Evaluation and Work Plan Meeting (SIRENJA) as part of the routine agenda every end of the month. This meeting is an important moment to review monthly performance achievements as well as design strategies for achieving the next quarter's targets. This time, the evaluation focused on the Determination of Performance Agreement Targets which includes 17 targets in 3 strategic activity objectives, as part of the commitment towards accountable and results-oriented statistical governance. Guided by Intermediate Expert Statistician Diana Dwi Susanti, S.ST, the SAKIP evaluation session highlighted the realization of the set strategic targets. Each implementing team was asked to start compiling achievement reports according to the specified outline, as part of the documentation and accountability process. Diana also emphasized that performance targets will continue to increase gradually until 2029, in line with the bureaucratic reform roadmap and strengthening the national statistical system. As an inspiration for internal publications, Diana introduced the CERDAS (Statistical Data Story) example — a concise publication containing data narratives in 16 pages that can be an effective and interesting statistical communication model. Statistics Business Register (SBR): The Challenge of Matching New Businesses Sodikin, Head of Processing and Network Team, provided an update regarding the Statistics Business Register (SBR). There are approximately 7000 new businesses that need to be matched by the appointed team. He invited all team members to actively collaborate in completing this task for the completeness of the business database in Tegal Regency. Quality Gate: 11 Statistical Activities Awaiting Completion As a reminder, Adiprima Widi Nugroho from the Change Agent Network (CAN) of BPS Tegal Regency conveyed that there are 11 statistical activities included in the Quality Gate and are expected to be completed no later than December 12, 2025. SIRENJA October 2025 is not just an evaluation, but also a reflection and projection. With a spirit of synergy and strategy, BPS Tegal Regency continues to strengthen the foundation of performance towards 2026 which is full of challenges and opportunities. From strengthening reports to preparing for the census, from business matching to completing the Quality Gate — all are part of a precise and impactful statistical orchestration. (IFrilia)
