The Desa Cantik Team Visited Pagerwangi Village for Business Data Collection

On Monday, February 3, 2025, the Beautiful Village Development Team visited Pagerwangi Village, led by Senior Statistician, Diana Dwi Susanti. The visit was warmly welcomed by the Head of Pagerwangi Village, who expressed his support for the program. The Beautiful Village Team, consisting of Annisa Purbaningtyas, Kartika Sari, and Imam Furqon, was present to provide guidance and training in business data collection in the village.

 

On this occasion, Annisa Purbaningtyas explained that the data collection would be conducted by students from the Community Service Program (KKN) of the Bakti Negara Islamic Institute (IBN) Tegal. The data collection aims to gather information about businesses and companies in Pagerwangi Village. The data collection process will use the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) model, where data will be entered directly through each student's gadget.

 

This data collection activity is expected to provide a clearer picture of the business potential in Pagerwangi Village and support local economic development. Diana Dwi Susanti added that the team hopes the activity can be completed by mid-February 2025, so that the results can be immediately utilized by the village government for better development planning.

 

The visit of the Beautiful Village Team is part of an effort to empower villages through the collection of accurate and integrated data. With the support of KKN students and guidance from the Beautiful Village Team, it is hoped that Pagerwangi Village can become more advanced and competitive in business development.

 

The event concluded with a discussion between the team and the Head of Village regarding the next steps after the data collection is complete, and how the data results can be used to improve the welfare of the village community. (uonk)
