Performance Agreement Implementation Strategy Training

March 11, 2025 | BPS Activities

Tegal, March 11, 2025 – BPS Tegal Regency participated in the Performance Agreement Implementation Strategy Training for 2025, organized by BPS Central Java Province online. The event was attended by all BPS Tegal Regency employees and featured speakers from BPS Central Java Province, namely Mbak Siska, Mas Tyo, and Mbak Ika, with Mbak Aning as the moderator. This training aims to provide a deeper understanding of the strategies for improving the value of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) within BPS Tegal Regency. With the implementation of the right strategies, it is expected that organizational performance will be more effective and accountable in accordance with the BPS Strategic Plan (Renstra) 2025-2029 and referring to the 17 Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of BPS. Performance Agreement Implementation Strategy for 2025 In this training, four main strategies were presented in the implementation of performance agreements that can be applied by BPS Tegal Regency, namely: 1. Performance Planning Aligning performance agreements with the BPS Renstra 2025-2029 to be in line with the vision, mission, and strategic goals of BPS. Developing Employee Performance Targets (SKP) based on results, so that each employee has a clear work target. Optimizing performance cascading, which is lowering performance indicators from the central level to work units to individuals. 2. Performance Measurement Conducting regular monitoring of performance realization through performance dashboards. Utilizing the E-Performance System to monitor the progress of employee and work unit performance. Using the 17 IKU BPS as the basis for measurement, including the quality of statistical data, survey effectiveness, and data user satisfaction. 3. Performance Reporting Preparing performance reports transparently, data-based, and including target achievements and recommendations for improvement. Reporting performance achievements on a quarterly and semi-annual basis so that they can be evaluated regularly. Using digital technology in report preparation to improve accuracy and speed of reporting. 4. Performance Evaluation Conducting an analysis of achievements and obstacles in performance implementation to find solutions for improvement. Holding regular performance evaluation forums to ensure the effectiveness of the strategies implemented. Improving human resource capacity through training related to performance management and the use of information systems. Expectations and Follow-up With this training, it is expected that BPS Tegal Regency can be more optimal in developing and implementing performance agreements systematically and measurably. In addition, this strategy is also expected to improve the value of SAKIP and strengthen a work culture that is results-oriented. This event is the first step for BPS Tegal Regency in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of agency performance, to support the development of more quality and accountable statistics. (widi)
