Every year, the Central Statistics Agency conducts an evaluation of the performance of its employees, whether it is an achievement for the performance that has been done by the employee or sanctions for employees who violate or perform poorly. In this assessment, it will have an impact on the facilities that will be provided to employees, for example if an employee performs well, it will be facilitated when applying for leave, and vice versa if an employee performs poorly then when applying for leave must have reasons that are really important and can be accounted for.
On this occasion, the award was given to BPS Tegal Regency from BPS Central Java Province, namely the third best for the performance of the Tegal Regency Social Team in overseeing all activities in the Social Function. This shows the best performance because of the solidity of a team, working hand in hand in completing work, preparing “Uba Rampe” in planning, implementing, controlling, checking, collecting, processing, and tabulating an activity.
