PODES 2025 Training: Village Development Data Updating Officers

Slawi, May 28, 2025 – Village development data updating (PODES) officers for 2025 are attending training at Grand Dian Slawi today. This hybrid training combines online learning methods through LMS and MOOC, which have taken place previously, with direct face-to-face sessions at the end of the training. This aims to ensure comprehensive and effective understanding for the officers. Two training classes are guided by experienced instructors, Winda Dwi J. and Ema Tamaema. The focus of this training is to improve the officers' ability to obtain accurate and high-quality village data. Participants are intensively trained on data collection methodology, verification, and proper data management. The Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Mr. Bambang Wahyu Ponco, was also present to provide encouragement and appreciation to the participants. He emphasized the importance of the PODES officers' role in producing valid and reliable data to support effective and sustainable village development planning. With this training, it is hoped that the PODES 2025 officers in Tegal Regency will be able to produce accurate and high-quality village data, which will then become the basis for targeted development planning with a positive impact on the community.(uonk)
