Training for the implementation of the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) in March and the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) in the first quarter of 2024 has been carried out using an innovative approach, namely in two waves in a hybrid manner. The first wave of training was held from 21 to 23 January 2024 and was divided into two classes involving 29 Field Enumerators (PCL) and 15 Field Supervisor Officers (PML). This activity is held online via Zoom meeting, starting from 8 am to 4.15 pm WIB.
Head of the Tegal Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, S.Si., M.Sc., officially opened the first wave of training, provided direction and motivated participants to support the smooth implementation of Susenas-Seruti Quarter I 2024. Hari The fourth training, which falls on January 30 2024, involves offline or face-to-face activities held at the Permata Inn Hotel.
The second wave of training was carried out online via Zoom Meeting on January 25, 26 and 29 2024, involving 30 PCL people and 13 PML people. Meanwhile, face-to-face training for the second wave is scheduled for January 31 2024. The Head of BPS Tegal Regency again provided direction and motivation to the participants in carrying out their duties in the Susenas-Seruti field.
This hybrid training approach is expected to provide optimal learning to participants, both through online and offline sessions. The direct presence of the Head of Tegal Regency BPS in offline training at the hotel provided participants with the opportunity to get direct views and more intensive direction regarding the implementation of their duties in the field. All of this is an important first step in preparing the team to face the significant task of supporting the implementation of Susenas-Seruti Quarter I 2024 in the field.(Izzul)
