Morning Apple January 17: Ready to Face the Big Data Era

The monthly routine morning apple of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tegal Regency will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2025, in the front yard of the office. Acting as the apple coach was the Head of BPS Tegal Regency, Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji, with Apple Commander Sulton Aji and Host Hanifah Rahmah. This morning's apple is an important momentum for all BPS employees of Tegal Regency to welcome the challenges and opportunities in 2025.

Bambang Wahyu Ponco Aji read out the mandate from the acting Head of BPS RI conveying a number of important points. He emphasized the importance of mastering big data for BPS performance in the future. The digital era requires BPS to be able to process and analyze large and complex amounts of data effectively and efficiently to produce accurate and timely statistical information. This is in line with BPS's commitment to become a leader in statistical data management in Indonesia.

Furthermore, the Head of BPS RI also expressed his gratitude for the award received by BPS. This award is clear evidence of the dedication and hard work of all BPS ranks in producing quality statistical data, especially the title of Reasonable Without Exception (WTP) and recognition as the Provincial BPS in the integrity zone. This achievement is expected to motivate all employees to continue to improve performance and maintain integrity.

In addition, the Acting Head of BPS RI also conveyed good news regarding the Statistics Bill which has been stipulated and is scheduled to be promulgated in 2025. This will provide a strong legal umbrella for BPS in carrying out its duties and functions, as well as strengthen BPS's position as a trusted statistical institution in Indonesia. He also emphasized the importance of effective public communication to convey statistical information to the public.
