Tegal, March 17, 2025 – The Tegal Regency Statistics Office (BPS) held an internalization session on the core values of ASN, BerAKHLAK, following the morning roll call on Monday, March 17, 2025. The session was facilitated by Change Agent Networking, Adiprima Widi Nugroho, and attended by all BPS Tegal Regency employees. Evaluation and Strategies for Implementing BerAKHLAK The materials presented during the internalization session were based on the guidance and knowledge sharing provided by the Central Java Provincial BPS during an online Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on March 6, 2025. The main discussion points included evaluating and strategizing the implementation of BerAKHLAK values and conducting an organizational culture survey (SBO) within the BPS environment. The results of the 2024 SBO showed that the lowest score was 53.87, while the highest score reached 65.86. For 2025, the target is to improve the SBO score with a minimum of 60.01 and a maximum of 67.69. Meanwhile, for 2029, the expectation is for the lowest SBO score to reach 75.00 and the highest score to reach 76.00. "These figures indicate room for improvement in embedding BerAKHLAK values in the work environment. Therefore, appropriate strategies must be implemented so that each employee can better understand, internalize, and apply these values in their daily tasks," Adiprima Widi Nugroho explained in his presentation. Strategies for Embedding BerAKHLAK Values To ensure that BerAKHLAK values truly become a strong culture, several key strategies are being implemented: 1. **Making BerAKHLAK a Fundamental Value:** Each employee must understand that these values are not just slogans but the primary guidelines for work. 2. **Leadership by Example:** Leaders will set an example in applying BerAKHLAK values to inspire all employees. 3. **Integration into Daily Activities:** Implementing BerAKHLAK in every task, both in public service and internal coordination. 4. **Continuous Evaluation and Monitoring:** Regularly conducting surveys and evaluations to ensure that these values are truly being implemented. 5. **Appreciation and Recognition:** Recognizing employees who demonstrate behavior aligned with BerAKHLAK values. 6. **Continuous Socialization:** Utilizing various communication platforms such as email, internal groups, and discussion forums to continuously disseminate these values. **BerAKHLAK Behavioral Guidelines and Their Manifestations** The BerAKHLAK values consist of seven main aspects, each with behavioral manifestations that have been demonstrably practiced by all employees at BPS Tegal Regency. 1. **Service-Oriented:** Providing services that are fast, accurate, and friendly. Understanding the needs of service users and providing the best solutions. Being responsive to complaints and feedback from the public. 2. **Accountable:** Working with full responsibility and transparency. Reporting work results honestly and with accountability. Utilizing organizational resources efficiently. 3. **Competent:** Continuously learning and developing in the field of work. Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. Utilizing technology to improve work productivity. 4. **Harmonious:** Building good relationships with colleagues without discrimination. Valuing the opinions and contributions of each team member. Creating a conducive and enjoyable work environment. 5. **Loyal:** Upholding the good name of the organization. Being loyal to the vision and mission of BPS in providing quality data. Avoiding conflicts of interest that could harm the institution. 6. **Adaptive:** Quickly adapting to new changes and challenges. Open to innovation and updates in work systems. Flexible in facing the dynamics of work. 7. **Collaborative:** Working together as a team to achieve common goals. Valuing the role of each individual in the organization. Supporting each other in completing tasks and overcoming work challenges. "In reality, all BPS Tegal Regency employees have already been applying these BerAKHLAK values in their daily lives. However, through this internalization session, we are becoming more aware of the importance of strengthening and refining their implementation to achieve optimal results," Adiprima Widi Nugroho concluded the internalization session. **Commitment of BPS Tegal Regency** With this internalization, BPS Tegal Regency is further committed to strengthening a work culture based on BerAKHLAK values. Through the designed strategies and continuous evaluation, it is expected that the SBO score will continue to improve until the set targets are achieved. BPS Tegal Regency is determined to become an institution that is not only excellent in providing statistical data but also sets an example in building a professional, integrity-based, and service-oriented work culture.
